4H Attackerz Athletic Club is more than a youth sports organization, we are a community dedicated to developing confident leaders, strong athletes, and compassionate young people. Founded on the belief that every child deserves a village and an opportunity to succeed, we use sports as a vehicle to teach life skills, leadership, teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
Serving youth throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with a special focus on communities in Wards 7 and 8, our programs provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where young people can grow both on and off the court. We intentionally surround every athlete with coaches, mentors, educators, volunteers, caregivers, and community partners who provide encouragement, accountability, opportunity, and hope.
We are a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth through athletics, leadership development, education, mentorship, and community engagement. While sports serves as the foundation of our programming, our mission extends far beyond the game. We intentionally use sports as a vehicle to teach discipline, accountability, teamwork, resilience, leadership, healthy lifestyles, and civic responsibility.
Through our Village Model of Youth Development, we use athletics, leadership, education, and community to help every young person discover their potential and every family find their place in the village.

The organization's name reflects its core philosophy: every heartbeat is a win. "4H" represents Heart, Honor, Hustle, and Hard work; values that define the culture of the organization and guide every interaction with our youth. These principles shape not only athletic performance but also personal growth, leadership, and service to others.
What began as a vision to create positive opportunities for youth has grown into a thriving organization that serves dozens of young people and families through intentional programming, competitive and developmental sports, leadership development, educational enrichment, and community service initiatives.
Today, 4H Attackerz continues to impact lives by helping young athletes build confidence, develop character, and create pathways to future success.
