Our vision

To become Washington, DC's premier community-based youth development organization where every child, regardless of economic background, has access to quality competitive and developmental athletic programming, positive mentors, leadership opportunities, and life-changing experiences that prepare them for success both on and off the court. Our purpose is to create a generation of confident, resilient, and community-minded leaders who are prepared to excel in athletics, academics, careers, and life.

Our Impact

Through our programs, 4H Attackerz has:

• Served more than 80 youth and families throughout the DC metropolitan area

• Helped student-athletes develop leadership and teamwork skills

• Supported academic achievement and college readiness initiatives

• Earned multiple league championships and tournament appearances

• Created safe and positive spaces where youth can learn, grow, and thrive

• Built meaningful partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local leaders
